About the Role
As a Physical Therapist at Bradley Estates Nursing and Rehab, you will:

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' abilities and create personalized treatment plans to promote optimal physical function and independence

Develop and implement effective physical therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities, to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion

Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and strategies

Maintain accurate and detailed records of progress, diagnoses, and treatments

Participate in quality assessment and improvement activities to ensure the highest level of care for our residents
Requirements

*bs in Physical Therapy (or International equivalent) with a current physical therapy license in the state of Wisconsin

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices

Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with limited mobility
