Job DescriptionMassageLuXe Irvine is looking for a positive and professional Front Desk Membership Sales Team Member to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our spa.
You’ll welcome guests, manage their information and appointment requests, help grow our membership and maintain quality community relationships, and answer any general inquiries to ensure guests have an excellent experience with us. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a calm, relaxing and healthy environment, has brilliant communication skills, a strong work ethic, sales/retail experience, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Membership Sales Experience & Customer Service experience Required.

Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Plus monthly sales incentive bonuses
Schedule:
- 4 - 8 hour shifts
- Minimum 3 days/ week availability
- Weekend availability required
- Occasional help at community events
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
