Job Description
Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our partner's team in the Stratford, New Jersey area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage patients based on severity of condition
- Perform rapid assessments and initial evaluations
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions
- Educate patients and families about treatments, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
- Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members
- Prioritize multiple critical patients simultaneously
Key Requirements:
- RN license in the state of New Jersey or compact license
- At least one year of Emergency Room experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
Compensation and Schedule:
- Target rate is $46.93-$55.24/hr, experience based
- Day and Night Shift Available (7a-7:30p OR 7p-7:30a)
