<p>The Associate Dean is responsible for assisting the Dean in the delivery of educational programs and services through:</p>
<ul>
<li>Training faculty and staff</li>
<li>Managing faculty and staff</li>
<li>Monitoring and maintaining curricula</li>
<li>Managing the delivery of educational services</li>
<li>Overseeing and monitoring student performance</li>
</ul>
<p>The Associate Dean must have a minimum of a Master's Degree with academic experience. </p>
