Opportunity Overview
From day one, you will have the chance to connect directly with Medical Directors, ensuring a seamless integration into our team without navigating through multiple layers of hierarchy.
- Salary Range: $600,000 - $750,000
- Customize your adult urology practice with the backing of experienced urologists and operational leaders.
- Access to robotic-assisted surgical technology.
- Work in a hospital-based setting that allows for both outpatient clinic and surgical procedures in one location.
- Enjoy a work schedule of 4 to 4.5 days per week, encompassing both clinic and surgical duties.
- Experience a flexible work-life balance.
- Your support team will include nurses, medical assistants, and an Advanced Practice Provider to assist with inpatient and outpatient services.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
- Benefit from a wide range of multi-subspecialty referral sources.
- HPSA-National Interest Waiver available.

- While an oncology fellowship is not mandatory, this position presents a fantastic opportunity for fellowship-trained urologic oncologists to collaborate with oncologists at our new Cancer Institute.

Qualifications
- MD/DO Board Eligible/Certified.
- Completion of a U.S. Urology Fellowship.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive initial salary guarantee transitioning to a production-based model after the first year, along with an exceptional benefits package:
- Salary Range: $600,000 - $750,000
