We’re a fast-growing, family-owned business looking for a hands-on Crew Lead to run small installation teams and help deliver high-quality screen porch projects.

This is a working leadership role—you’ll lead jobs, solve problems on-site, and work alongside your team to get the job done right.

What You’ll Do
· Lead a 1–3 person crew on residential screen installation jobs· Install and repair porch and window screens (we will train you)· Problem-solve on-site issues· Keep jobs moving efficiently while maintaining high quality· Communicate professionally with homeowners· Support shop organization, materials, and occasional deliveries

Experience· Hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, OR mechanical/technical work (automotive, equipment, assembly, or similar) · Comfortable using basic tools and working with your hands · Ability to problem-solve and figure things out when things don’t go as planned · Experience leading others is a plus (work, sports, etc.)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day
