Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Sales Representative to own a Washington, DC → Boston territory. The role will start in the Plastic/Implant division and is expected to expand into the Burns division in the coming months, but holistically cover both. The ideal candidate builds trust with clinicians, consistently grows accounts, and represents products with integrity and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Proven healthcare sales experience (medical devices, surgical products, or rehab solutions preferred)
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and drive revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage a multi-state territory
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory
