Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity offers a contract position for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an elementary school setting serving students from kindergarten through 5th grade. Located in Baltimore, MD, the position begins in January and is available for the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language evaluations, interventions, and therapy services to K-5 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to positive student outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in school-based settings
  • Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development for elementary-aged children
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to provide services on a full-time basis or part-time (20-30 hours per week)

  • Baltimore, MD; serving an elementary school environment

Schedule and Duration:

  • Full-time preferred; part-time options available
  • Contract position through the current school year, starting in January
