The Rotation: We operate on a 48/96 schedule. You work 48 hours on, followed by 96 hours (4 full days) off. This allows you the time to disconnect, recharge, and enjoy life outside the station.

The Objective:

Combat & Containment: Drive apparatus, operate pumps, and perform fire combat in high-intensity situations.

Advanced Medicine: Utilize your full scope of practice-from 12-lead EKG interpretation and cardiac pacing to surgical airway techniques and trauma assessment.

Community Connection: Go beyond the emergency by leading public safety education and installing child passenger safety seats.
What We Need From You:

Licensure: Current National Registry or State of Missouri Paramedic License (No suspension/revocation history).

Certifications: ACLS, PALS (or HandTevy), and PHTLS (or ITLS).

Fitness: Ability to lift, climb, and perform at peak physical effort in extreme conditions (heat, cold, heights).

Character: Strong moral character, a clean criminal history (no felonies last 7 years), and a dedication to service.
The Commitment: You must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. We will invest in you-requiring you to obtain your National Child Passenger Safety Certification upon hiring.
