We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Clerk to join our team in North Miami Beach. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our logistics and distribution operations while serving as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the logistics or distribution field and strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication between customers, drivers, and internal departments.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including shipment tracking and data entry.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely distribution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient workflow.
- Utilize databases and spreadsheets to organize and analyze logistical information.
- Support accounting functions as needed.
- Perform multi-tasking duties efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Maintain professionalism in all communications and interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
- Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or a related field (required).
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
