We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping things on track, and working closely with both customers and field teams.

This position will involve a mix of general administrative work, customer communication, and helping manage the reports and documentation that come in from our inspectors.

Compensation for this position is based on experience

What you will be doing:

• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers with questions
• Supporting inspectors by reviewing and organizing their reports
• Helping process termite inspection reports and making sure everything is accurate and complete
• Handling general office tasks like data entry, filing, and keeping records organized
• Assisting with required documentation and paperwork related to completed work
• Coordinating with technicians and inspectors to keep things moving smoothly
• Helping pull together documents when they are needed for real estate or escrow situations

What we are looking for:

• Previous administrative or office experience
• Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have, but not required:

• Experience working for a termite or pest control company
• Familiarity with inspection reports or similar documentation
