Job Summary:
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the successful commercialization and execution of brand initiatives across Beautynova Americas' portfolio, including milk_shake®, DEPOT®, and Medavita, acting as a key business partner across Marketing, Sales, Education, Operations, Creative, and Global teams, this role serves as the connection between strategy and execution.

This individual will lead product launches, promotional programs, sampling initiatives, marketing operations, and cross-functional project management while helping identify opportunities to drive brand growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented—equally comfortable analyzing market opportunities, building compelling selling stories, managing budgets, and ensuring flawless delivery of initiatives from concept through commercialization.

Success in this role requires strong business acumen, exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

Operational Product & Brand Marketing

  • Own the commercialization and execution of new product launch timelines, ensuring alignment across sales, education, creative, operations, and global teams.
  • Manage and maintain brand positioning and equity across all materials and channels. Including writing copy and giving directions on briefs, packaging, website, trade marketing materials, social, ads and DTC/DTP material.
  • Ensure all content meets brand standards and regulatory compliance while coordinating artwork approval from key partners. Will also work closely with Marketing counterparts to monitor campaign performance.
  • Support 360 launch plans from strategic brief through execution with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touch points.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, education & sales to create key launch documents and materials (Launch strategy decks, Market and Distributor Meetings, Account presentations, etc)
  • Own annual marketing calendars, prioritization, and execution of brand initiatives across product launches, promotions, and business-driving programs.
  • Own the promotions process from concept to execution, including development, artwork approvals, assembly, and distribution.
  • Manage the inventory, production, and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with brand standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance and updating of all marketing materials across digital and physical platforms.
  • Oversee development and execution of limited-edition kits, evergreen programs, and GWP’s across channel.
  • Manage vendor relationships, production timelines, inventory levels, and fulfillment processes to ensure flawless execution.
  • Lead strategic sampling programs across key accounts, events, distributors, education programs, and brand initiatives



Product Management

  • Work with global and cross functional teams to maintain item information including product specs, sku numbers, reformulations, repacking, quality, etc.
  • Support in post-launch analyses for SKU rationalization and product assortment strategy.
  • Assist in the management, development and implementation of the product portfolio and product marketing strategy, along with product naming.
  • Develop and maintain pricing strategy for North America (US and Canada).



Industry & Trends

  • Conduct ongoing competitive analyses using data from Kline, Spate, and other tools, offering actionable recommendations for product positioning and promotional tactics. Routinely conduct store checks and evaluate competitive product offerings to gain/maintain knowledge of marketplace activities.
  • Help identify trends, pull customer insights, and competitive landscapes, translating findings into actionable brand + campaign plans.



Reporting & Metrics

  • Lead after-action review of new launches and campaigns, summarizing and sharing learnings to inform future initiatives and optimize effectiveness.
  • Any other assignments, projects, duties or tasks as assigned by management


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that product development and marketing campaigns are executed on time
  • Operational Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, ensure deliverables are met, and execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Independence & Initiative: Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, education, creative, social and influencer team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels. Team oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage insights to inform product development and marketing strategies, measure ROI and performance, and inform tactical decisions.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional execution and follow-through to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Prior product and brand marketing experience required



Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid work environment with a combination of in-office and remote work.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
  • Walking between different departments when in the office.
  • Occasional travel for sales trips, educational flights, or collaboration with marketing teams at other locations.
  • Adaptability to different working environments, including interactions with remote teams and account partners across various time zones.
  • Potential for Domestic and international travel to industry events, tradeshows, and customer locations up to 10%+ of time

  • The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $95,000 annually, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
