Part-Time Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper On-Site $20/hour

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper, to join ourfinance team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and reliable. This is a new position and will have opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment tracking
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and account reconciliation
- Assist with general administrative duties, including file management, data organization, and office support
- Coordinate with team members to support smooth office operations
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications professionally and promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, AP, or a related administrative role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Ramp) and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- High level of accuracy and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
