ABOUT THIS JOB
We are looking for a senior-level brand growth expert to lead multi-channel customer acquisition and brand expansion initiatives across digital advertising platforms. This person will have deep expertise in scaling brands through performance-driven media strategies while maintaining a strong understanding of attribution, measurement, and incrementality.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing large-scale campaigns across Programmatic, CTV, Paid Social, and Search/Video platforms, with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to optimize growth through data-driven decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute integrated brand growth strategies across multiple paid media channels.

Manage and optimize campaigns across:

Programmatic Advertising

Connected TV (CTV)
-
Google / YouTube
-
Facebook / Instagram
-
TikTok
-

Drive customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives with a focus on scalable growth.

Build and oversee cross-channel media plans, budgeting, targeting, and optimization strategies.

Lead measurement and analytics efforts to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Implement and improve:

Cross-network attribution frameworks

Incrementality testing methodologies

Conversion tracking and analytics systems

Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.

Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Stay current on emerging trends, platforms, and technologies within digital advertising and brand marketing.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

5+ years of experience in brand growth, performance marketing, or media buying.

Proven expertise running large-scale campaigns across multiple advertising channels.

Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, and CTV platforms.

Ability to operate strategically while also executing tactically.

Experience scaling consumer brands across multiple acquisition channels.

Familiarity with modern measurement tools and analytics platforms.
