Engagement Description –
Seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of bargaining unit employees. The team leader is responsible for daily inventory management, administration duties for staff, and ensuring all departmental goals are achieved.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suites
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
• Previous HealthCare industry experience
• Experience leading in a bargaining unit environment
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
• Detailed knowledge of assigned BCBSM department(s)/area(s) including all applicable policies, procedures and processes as preferred.

Education/Certifications – Include:
1. Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
2. A minimum of 60 college credits is required.
3. Two (2) years’ experience in a leadership role preferred.
