As a Staffing Coordinator, you will:
- Manage and coordinate staff and patient scheduling across service lines to ensure quality care, coverage, and cost control
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules; communicate updates to field staff promptly
- Serve as primary contact for referrals, coordinating assessments, onboarding, and follow‑up with referral sources
- Enter and maintain patient records in system, including care plans, billing details, and documentation
- Coordinate with billing team on new patients, deposits, invoicing, and authorizations
- Track and help manage physician orders, forms (HMA, 485s), and required signatures
- Monitor missed visits, overtime, cancellations, incidents, and patient status changes; report to leadership
- Support payroll and HR functions, including mileage logs, onboarding paperwork, and credential tracking
- Maintain office operations, documentation systems, emergency preparedness materials, and vehicle inspections
- Provide patient care coverage as needed and perform other duties assigned by leadership
Skills for Success:
- Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner and do the right thing
- Knowledge of regulatory/governing standards, policies, and procedures
- Must be able to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, employees, and other care team members
- Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner and skillfully gather and analyze information
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities and embrace change
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, and improve performance through management direction and feedback

- Office management experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to take call every other week.
- Ability to travel locally if needed; some exposure to unpleasant weather.
- Sitting is required.
- Requires working under some stressful conditions to meet Agency needs.
Experience to Deliver on Our Mission:
