As a Staffing Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate staff and patient scheduling across service lines to ensure quality care, coverage, and cost control
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules; communicate updates to field staff promptly
  • Serve as primary contact for referrals, coordinating assessments, onboarding, and follow‑up with referral sources
  • Enter and maintain patient records in system, including care plans, billing details, and documentation
  • Coordinate with billing team on new patients, deposits, invoicing, and authorizations
  • Track and help manage physician orders, forms (HMA, 485s), and required signatures
  • Monitor missed visits, overtime, cancellations, incidents, and patient status changes; report to leadership
  • Support payroll and HR functions, including mileage logs, onboarding paperwork, and credential tracking
  • Maintain office operations, documentation systems, emergency preparedness materials, and vehicle inspections
  • Provide patient care coverage as needed and perform other duties assigned by leadership

  • Knowledge of regulatory/governing standards, policies, and procedures
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, employees, and other care team members
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner and skillfully gather and analyze information
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities and embrace change
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, and improve performance through management direction and feedback

  • Office management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to take call every other week.
  • Ability to travel locally if needed; some exposure to unpleasant weather.
  • Sitting is required.
  • Requires working under some stressful conditions to meet Agency needs.
