LHH is recruiting an executive assistant to support the managing partner of a downtown law firm. The executive assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior management, which includes managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling confidential communications. They also help prepare presentations, manage correspondence, organize documents, and may act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders. Key skills for this role are exceptional communication, time management, attention to detail, and discretion.
Responsibilities

Calendar and meeting management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference arrangements.

Travel coordination: Book domestic and international travel and arrange itineraries.

Communication and correspondence: Screen phone calls, manage emails, and serve as a liaison between the executive and others.

Document and presentation preparation: Create and amend documents, prepare reports, and compile data for presentations.

Administrative and organizational support: Handle daily administrative tasks, manage records, process expense reports, and maintain confidentiality.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
