Your Responsibilities

• Consult with clients (virtually or in-person) to assess coverage needs
• Educate members on benefit options and help them secure appropriate policies
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and professionalism
• Maintain consistent communication with team leaders and clients
• Follow a proven sales system designed for success

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
