An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Dixon, CA for the 2025/2026 school year. This position offers both full-time and part-time contract options for the entire school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy consultations primarily, focusing on individualized student needs
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students across various grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement therapy plans
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license and credential suitable for a school setting
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational environments preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively coordinate with educators and families
- Ability to manage a moderate caseload while delivering quality therapy services
