Hi, I'm Dr. Bryan.

Im a doctor who takes my dad-jokes as seriously as my patients carebut thats just because I love what I do and I believe work should be fun and Im adamant that an incredible and welcoming environment is just as important as the care that Im giving when it comes to helping patients heal. Im driven, goal-oriented, and fully aware of the impact chiropractic care can have on peoples lives. I need a team by my side who shares that same passion or deep curiosity for Chiropractic care and overall wellness, and who isnt afraid of the tenacity it takes to make this vision a reality. From day one, Courtney and I built our chiropractic business on authenticity, heart, and a relentless drive to serve our community. When we launched the Chattanooga office, it was just the two of usputting in the grit, grind, and hustle it takes to grow a small business from the ground up. Our vision wasnt just about opening a clinicit was about creating a space where people could truly heal, thrive, and be supported in their wellness journey.

As our practice grew, so did our dream. We expanded with a second location in Northshore, embracing the opportunity to support patients from one end of Chattanooga to the other. Alongside the growth of the business, Courtney and I also grew our family, recently welcoming our first daughter. While Courtney has stepped back from the day-to-day operations to focus on motherhood, her heart and mission remain fully invested.

Together, Courtney and I are on a mission to change the face of healthcare in Chattanoogaand we know we cant do it alone. Job Title: Associate Chiropractor
Location: 100% Chiropractic Chattanooga or Northshore
Hours: Full-time, approximately 45-50 hours/week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:15am-12:15pm, 1:30pm-6:15pm; Tuesday: 10:00am-12:30pm, 1:30pm-6:15pm; Friday: 7:15am-1:00pm)

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care
- Connect with patients and educate them on the powers of the human body
- Teach Chiropractic and the power of innate potential through every adjustment
- Be the thermostat of the practice by upholding the sacred agreement to put your best self out there for patients every day (you never get to undo a first experience or a "routine adjustment"
- Be subluxation focused and corrective-care dedicated in order to achieve optimal spinal health for your patients

Amplify Our Mission
- Contribute to social media (in front of and behind the camera) to share our vision and connect with the community.
- Support digital marketing, in-office events, and outreach programs to build relationships and attract new patients.
- Participate in and perform an active role in team meetings with the intention of fostering a collaborative environment towards improving the manifestation of our mission.

Lead with Heart
- Lead pre-shift meetings and prepare for key appointments to keep the team aligned and focused.
- Track and achieve practice goals/metrics, taking ownership of daily tasks to ensure success.
- Embrace continuous learning to master 100% Chiropractic systems and inspire your teammates.
