Who we need: We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Engineering Team.
What you will do: We’re looking for a motivated and curious Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team. This Colorado based in-office role is ideal for a dynamic communicator with a strong foundation in visual storytelling, marketing strategy, and community management. This position requires a team player with demonstrated experience in digital content creation, cross-functional marketing support, and social media marketing. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities include:
Brand Management:
- Ensure marketing materials maintain brand guidelines, voice and messaging consistency and quality standards
- Help maintain and strengthen organizational brand identity across all communication channels
- Contribute to the refinement of messaging frameworks and standards
Content Development:
- Draft, edit, and proofread written materials including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Basic indoor and outdoor photography and post processing skills
- Basic indoor and outdoor videography and editing skills
- Familiarity with SEO/AEO optimization and strategy
Marketing Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns
- Maintain project timelines, campaign calendars, and documentation
Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies that promote organizational visibility, audience engagement, and brand reputation across relevant platforms
- Produce, curate, and publish compelling content
- Monitor activity, manage interactions and consistently represent the brand’s voice
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations
What you need: Qualified individuals will have:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Create Suite and other creative tools
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office tools
- Must be located in Colorado for this in-office position
- Strong attention to details
Bonus Skills:
- Google Analytics
- Library management or archival skills
- Programming automations
Physical Demands of the role include:
- Qualified individuals must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Be willing to help with eth assembly of trade show booths, sales booklets and install trade show graphic
- Must be able to walk, stand, lift, climb, sit, see, and hear.

This full-time exempt position is eligible for all company benefits including employer paid medical, dental, life, disability, and 401k with a match, and more. The pay for this position has a minimum salary of $4,850 per month. The actual pay rate offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
