Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services within an educational setting located in Madera, CA. This role focuses on providing psychological assessments, counseling, and consultation to support student learning and emotional well-being through virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments remotely to assist in identifying student needs
- Provide telehealth counseling services tailored to support students mental health and development
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
- Utilize telehealth technologies to facilitate effective communication and service delivery
Qualifications:
- Valid credentials or licensure as a School Psychologist in California
- Experience delivering psychological services via telehealth platforms
- Strong understanding of special education laws and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for virtual environments
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining high-quality services
