What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging leads and prospects with confidence and urgency
- Quoting, presenting, and closing home, auto, marine, ORV, and umbrella policies
- Crushing individual and team sales goals
- Earning respect, rewards, and real money for real results

Requirements
- Licensing: Must hold a current Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience: Insurance sales experience preferred
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Team-oriented: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Professionalism: High level of integrity and work ethic.
