Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Engaging leads and prospects with confidence and urgency


  • Quoting, presenting, and closing home, auto, marine, ORV, and umbrella policies


  • Crushing individual and team sales goals


  • Earning respect, rewards, and real money for real results

Requirements

  • Licensing: Must hold a current Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Experience: Insurance sales experience preferred
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
