We are seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to support a busy long-term care pharmacy in the Des Moines area. This is a short-term opportunity for a skilled pharmacist to step in and ensure smooth daily operations while the facility transitions leadership.
Position Details:

Full-time contract role (68 weeks)
</li>
<li>
Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
</li>
<li>
Immediate start required
</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Accurate prescription verification
</li>
<li>
Cycle check reviews and compliance
</li>
<li>
Maintaining workflow and ensuring medication safety
</li>
<li>
Supporting pharmacy technicians and overall operations
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Active and clear Iowa Pharmacist license
</li>
<li>
Minimum 1 year of recent pharmacist experience
</li>
<li>
Long-term care pharmacy experience required
</li>
<li>
Must be local to the Des Moines area and able to start immediately
</li>
