Toolworks is hiring an Employment Services Program Manager to lead day-to-day program operations and supervise Job Coaches supporting adults with disabilities at their jobs within in the community. If you've worked as a Job Coach, Employment Specialist, Case Manager, or Program Supervisor, this role is a great next step into program leadership while staying connected to the work in the field.
What You'll Do as a Program Manager:

Supervise and support employment‑support staff to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Coordinate daily operations, staff schedules, and client placements across multiple sites.

Oversee the development and implementation of person‑centered plans, assessments, and service goals.

Build and maintain partnerships with employers, volunteer sites, and community programs to enhance client opportunities.

Monitor and support compliance with state and federal regulations, safety protocols, and program standards.

Review and submit accurate documentation, including case notes, billing, and performance data.

Provide direct instruction and on-site support to individuals with disabilities as needed, modeling best practices for coaching and skill-building.

Program Manager Qualifications
Required:

Minimum 2 years' experience working with adults with disabilities in a community setting.

At least 1 year of experience supervising or training staff.

Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital documentation platforms.
- Comfort with learning new systems.

Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel between program sites as needed.

First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain).
Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field.

Experience in day programs, supported employment, or community integration.

Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or ASL.
