Job Title: URGENT: Bilingual Licensing Aide II – Customer Service & Admin (RI State Contract)
Location: Warwick, RI | Contract Duration: 9 Months

Vision Staffing Solutions has an URGENT opening for a Licensing Aide II to join the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation (DBR) on a long-term Staff Augmentation contract. This is a critical, high-volume role acting as the primary front-office contact for the licensing division.
We need a proactive, team-oriented professional ready to jump in immediately!
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-Line Customer Service: Professionally greet and assist a high volume of walk-in applicants and customers.
- Administrative Processing: Handle the end-to-end processing of licensing and registration renewals.
- Documentation & Data: Meticulously verify, process, and file required documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in licensing databases.
- Bilingual Support: Provide crucial assistance by answering telephone and in-person inquiries in both English and Spanish (highly preferred).
What You Need to Apply:
- A friendly, professional demeanor for high-traffic customer service.
- Comfortable communicating clearly both in person and by telephone.
- Fluency in Spanish is a strong preference and highly sought after.
- Basic computer skills and a collaborative team attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
