Position Details:
- Position: Physical Therapist
- Location: Lake County, IL
- Duration: 2025/2026 school year
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
- Student Population: PreK– middle school
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals.
- Conduct evaluations and monitor motor function and physical development.
- Collaborate with educators and related service providers to promote accessibility and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight on accommodations and interventions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license.
- Prior school-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
