  • Key Responsibilities
    Clinical Leadership & Oversight
    · Oversee the quality and delivery of patient care within our home health program.
    · Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and ensure effective coordination and supervision of clinical services.
    · Deliver direct patient care as needed, including infusions, assessments, and fill-ins during staff absences.
    Team Management & Development
    · Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff — empowering them to excel in delivering compassionate care.
    · Conduct ongoing competency reviews, performance evaluations, and in-service training programs.
    · Lead clinical orientations for new hires and ensure completion of competency requirements.
    Program Growth & Innovation
    · Actively participate in expanding and enhancing our hospital-at-home program.
    · Collaborate with internal leadership and community partners to promote referrals and strengthen relationships.
    · Represent BrightStar Care during Joint Commission surveys and help maintain accreditation standards.
    Regulatory & Quality Compliance
    · Review documentation, progress notes, and clinical summaries for accuracy and compliance.
    · Maintain thorough clinical records and audit reports.
    · Ensure alignment with BrightStar Care’s promise: A Higher Standard of Care.

Qualifications
· Valid and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of care
· 5 years of nursing experience preferred
· Minimum 2 years of clinical leadership experience (home health preferred)
· Strong knowledge of federal/state home health regulations; Joint Commission experience a plus
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, CPR/BLS certification, and up-to-date TB test
