Responsibilities of our Sales Management Trainee
- Learn and support daily operations in sales, customer service, and team coordination
- Assist management with scheduling, inventory, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Engage with customers to provide product information and resolve inquiries
- Participate in training sessions focused on leadership, communication, and operations
- Support team members to meet performance goals and maintain service standards
- Provide feedback and contribute ideas to improve processes
