We are looking for a high-energy, organized "go-getter" to join our team as a PAS Scheduler.You will own the daily calendars for our Field Supervisors, ensuring they are exactly where they need to be to support our clients. Your goal? Seamless coordination that ensures our patients receive the highest quality home care.
The Role (What Youll Do):
- Coordinate and build daily schedules for field staff visiting client homes.
- Process visit requests in real-time, collaborating with staff to adapt schedules on the fly.
- Conduct diligent follow-ups to verify visits were completed as planned.
- Input visit data into our healthcare software with speed and accuracy.
- Act as the primary link between the office, field supervisors, and clients.
- Audit paperwork from completed visits to ensure everything meets our high standards.
- Keep management in the loop with regular status updates on scheduling goals.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higherpreferred.
- Experience with healthcare software and electronic records highly preferred.
- Serious drive, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
