Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Honoka'a, Hawaii.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: LPN / LVN

- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, rotating
- Employment Type: Travel
- Delivered direct nursing care across varied shifts (days, evenings, nights) in a long-term/acute care setting, including weekends, holidays, and overtime rotation.
- Administered medications safely and accurately in compliance with facility protocols and Hawaii state regulations.
- Performed comprehensive patient assessments and documented care in alignment with standards of practice.
- Provided advanced clinical care including wound vac management, skin treatments, nebulized treatments, CPAP support, and gastrostomy tube care.
- Assisted patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Collaborated with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and continuity of care.
- Ensured infection control, safety measures, and patient education were upheld in all aspects of care delivery.
