Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for generating sales for ESSCO Truck & Equipment product lines, including rentals, equipment sales, service, and parts- as well as growing sales with new and existing customers in the construction and equipment industries. The position will focus on driving business development and fostering customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in equipment sales.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective sales communication.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Strong time management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Valid Drives License & Clean record.
Job responsibilities include but not limited:
- Responsible for the sale and rental of construction equipment to new and existing customers in assigned territory.
- Attract and maintain new & current client relationships.
- Continuously keep customers knowledgeable on new products & opportunities.
- Uphold company culture.
- Represent ESSCO Truck & Equipment in a professional manner.
- Advise management on day-to-day activities.
- Manage daily sales calls and customer visits.
- Conduct part/product introductions and demonstrations as required.
- Keep current by attending training courses, trade shows, and departmental meetings.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain customer accounts & report on market opportunities.
