What You’ll Do as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician :

• Facilitating therapeutic activities and encouraging client participation to foster personal growth and improve daily living skills
• Teach and demonstrate the importance of treating all clients with dignity, helping them feel valued in their everyday lives.
• Assist in Essential Skills: Provide support with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing to foster self-care abilities.
• Conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Administering medication and monitoring its effects while ensuring adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
• Offering emotional support and guidance, helping clients navigate daily challenges with confidence.

Requirements:

• Current Psychiatric Technician
• Criminal Background check
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to read and write in English
