At Azeus Convene, we’re on a mission to help organizations navigate their sustainability journey, from meeting compliance standards to implementing next-level ESG governance. As part of our rapid growth, we’re expanding our ESG Account Executive team to support the increasing demand for our Convene ESG Software.
🔍 Who we are looking for:
We're seeking passionate professionals with experience in ESG or Sustainability analysis and ESG sales, people who are excited by evolving ESG trends, and who value precision in data and disclosure quality.
📌 What you will do:
- Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements.
- Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
- Manage pre-sales activities through product demonstrations, advising on bid preparation, support with product pricing and realization of business plan targets.
- Assisting the Sales team with ESG domain knowledge.
- Provide advisory to the clients / prospects for the compliance of ESG reporting.
- Provide onboarding of our ESG reporting platform to the clients.
- Study various ESG reporting framework and contribute to the evolvement of the ESG reporting platform.
- Develop and maintain a Sales Pipeline, including pursuing sales leads and prospective clients within our CRM.
- Attend trade shows inter-state (if required).
Requirements
✨ What you will bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development/ sales
- 1-3 years of hands-on ESG/ Sustainability experience
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels
