Shift Hours: Friday--Monday
- 8:30AM-7:00PM

What Youll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the voice of Bonfe: Creating exceptional customer experiences using our top of the line system, allowing you to focus on meaningful interactions.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in line with department KPIs
- Deliver exceptional service using empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication
- Advocate for both the customer and Bonfes reputation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company and departmental goals
- Participate in ongoing training and career development

Preferred Experience:
- Customer service experience (call center background is a plus)
