Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Part Time Occupational Therapist(OT) for an exciting Home Health opportunity in Essex County, NJ!

Details:

• Contract: 6 Months
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (Part Time)\
• Hours: 8:30am-5pm
• Rate: $60/hour
• 3 Patients/Day
• Home Health
• Part Time
• Evaluates clients, develops appropriate treatment goals and methods, implements the physical therapy treatment plan, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services.
• Instructs client in the skills and techniques required for participation in mobility activities, and evaluates client progress, attitudes, and behavior as related to rehabilitative potential
• Adapts program according to the needs of individual client
