Compensation & Earning Potential
- Pay-per-visit model: $45–$49 per visit
- Average full-time earnings: $80,000+ annually

Your Role as a Home Health COTA
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida COTA license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
