(Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)


Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Pay-per-visit model: $45–$49 per visit
  • Average full-time earnings: $80,000+ annually

Your Role as a Home Health COTA

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

  • Active, unencumbered Florida COTA license
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • CPR certification
  • Home health experience preferred, but not required
