In this role, you will play a key part in managing union payroll processes and providing administrative support to the Banquet Department. Responsibilities:
• Process and manage union payroll accurately and in compliance with company policies and union regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the Banquet Department, ensuring smooth coordination of event-related documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient payroll operations and address inquiries from employees.
• Utilize accounting software systems, including ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian, to streamline payroll processes.
• Conduct audits and verify payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate reports and maintain records related to payroll and administrative functions.
• Assist with benefits processing and ensure proper documentation for union employees.
• Manage accounts payable tasks related to payroll and administrative expenses.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and union-specific regulations.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.• Proven experience with union payroll processing and administrative coordination.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, auditing, and benefit functions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry operations is a plus.
