North Georgia Autism Center (NGAC)
Multiple Locations | Full-Time & Part-Time

Job Summary
North Georgia Autism Center (NGAC) is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide center-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. RBTs implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs

  • Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and progress

  • Follow BCBA-developed treatment plans

  • Use evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET, reinforcement, prompting)

  • Support clients with transitions and daily routines

  • Maintain ethical and professional standards

  • Attend supervision, trainings, and team meetings

Qualifications
Required

  • Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass background check

Preferred

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Dependable, positive, and eager to learn

Schedule

  • Center-based services

  • Monday–Friday, daytime hours

  • Full-time and part-time available
