Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to lead growth across physician practices, specialty groups, and health systems. This role is focused on selling Remote Patient Monitoring solutions that deliver both clinical value and financial upside to providers.
You will play a key role in expanding Kare Health’s footprint by building relationships, educating providers on RPM reimbursement opportunities, and closing new partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage physician practices (primary care, cardiology, pulmonology, sleep, etc.) for RPM adoption
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Educate providers and administrators on RPM benefits, including clinical outcomes and reimbursement
- Conduct product demos and present tailored solutions based on practice needs
- Develop proposals and close contracts with medical groups and health systems
- Work closely with onboarding and clinical teams to ensure successful implementation
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
- Stay current on CMS guidelines and reimbursement changes related to RPM
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of sales experience (healthcare, health tech, DME, or SaaS preferred)
- Strong understanding of physician practice economics and reimbursement models
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter comfortable with a high degree of autonomy
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), or digital health solutions
- Familiarity with Medicare reimbursement and value-based care models
- Existing relationships with physician practices or healthcare administrators
Compensation & Structure
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Bonus tied to number of practices onboarded and recurring revenue generated
