Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Skilled Trades Technicians - Pipefitters, Plumbers, and HVAC Technicians - to support mechanical construction, installation, and service projects. This role involves hands-on work installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems, plumbing infrastructure, and HVAC equipment in industrial and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Pipefitter Responsibilities
*Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and isometric drawings
*Layout, assemble, install, and secure piping systems (process, utility, and service)
*Cut, thread, bend, and weld pipe using hand and power tools
*Install valves, hangers, supports, and related mechanical equipment
*Ensure work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable codes

Plumber Responsibilities
*Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
*Assemble and install water supply and drainage systems
*Perform pressure and leak testing on piping systems
*Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
HVAC Technician Responsibilities
*Install, service, and troubleshoot HVAC systems and components
*Work with ductwork, chilled water, hot water, and packaged units
*Perform preventative maintenance and system diagnostics
*Balance and calibrate systems for optimal performance

Qualifications
*High School Diploma or GED required
*Trade school, apprenticeship, or technical certification preferred
*Proven experience in pipefitting, plumbing, HVAC, or a related mechanical trade
*Experience in industrial and/or commercial environments preferred
*Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings
*Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Physical & Work Requirements
*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
*Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying environments
*Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or travel as project needs require
