Job Summary:

We’re seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to support commercial strategy and execution for driving the commercial success of our allergy portfolio, including a potentially groundbreaking new treatment poised to reshape the standard of care for treatment of severe allergies/anaphylaxis.. This pivotal role sits at the cross-section of marketing, sales enablement, and product planning. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and shape a compelling brand narrative in evolving therapeutic markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive product/brand strategy, aligning with corporate goals and lifecycle stages.

• Own product messaging and positioning — ensure consistent and compelling communication across all channels (public, medical, internal).

• Lead creation and review of promotional materials in collaboration with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR), and Communications teams.

• Provide marketing support to the commercial field force: training, sales tools, presentations, digital content, competitive insights.

• Monitor market dynamics: physician behaviors, competitor moves, market access, payer trends.

• Analyze performance metrics to guide strategic adjustments and optimize ROI.

• Support lifecycle activities: indication expansions, label optimization, launch readiness, and brand evolution.

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Operations to ensure compliance and seamless execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or related field.

• 4–7 years’ experience in brand or product management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty care sectors.

• Demonstrated success in marketing strategy, launch planning, and brand stewardship.

• Strong Exposure to MLR processes and in-market promotional review workflows.

• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to distill complex information clearly.

• Analytical mindset with experience using market data and KPIs to guide decisions.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree (e.g. MBA, MPH) or advanced scientific degree.

• Experience engaging with managed markets or developing access strategy.

• Familiarity with drug delivery technologies or emerging therapeutic areas in specialty medicines.

• Travel 30%

• Location – On site – Warren, NJ

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education. Expected Base salary range: $140,000 to $180,000 USD
