Clinical Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should be confident in providing high-quality general dentistry, including:
- Comprehensive exams
- Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
- Simple and surgical extractions
- Endodontics (preferred but not required)
- Treatment planning with strong case acceptance skills
- Dentures and partials
- Delivering outstanding patient experience
Specialty skills (implants, molar endo, Invisalign, etc.) are a plus and significantly increase earning potential.
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active California Dental License (or must obtain prior to start date)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong communication and chairside manner
- Ability to manage high patient volume with efficiency and compassion
