Job Description
Position Summary: Responsible for supporting the marketing department in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital communication. Assist in marketing initiatives that support TP Mechanical.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- · Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- · Support social media management, including content scheduling, posting, and basic engagement
- · Help create marketing materials such as presentations, email campaigns, flyers, and promotional content
- · Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- · Track and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics
- · Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners
- · Maintain marketing databases, calendars, and documentation
- · Assist with events, promotions, and product launches when required
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with social media management tools or email marketing platforms preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, or content marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
