Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 9:30 PM EST

Sat: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (one Saturday per month required)
Training Schedule:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (approximately 2-4 weeks)
Regular Schedule Options:

Consistent: 12:00-8:30 PM or 1:00-9:30 PM

Rotational: Shifts varying between 8:00 AM-9:30 PM (M-F)

Example weekly rotation: 1 closing shift, 1 mid shift, 3 early shifts

Duties:
- Accurately receive, enter, and process prescriptions in accordance to protocols.
- Review and verify medical documentation provided by healthcare providers to ensure proper prescription processing.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide timely and accurate pharmacy support.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and the Customer Experience team to resolve open orders and ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
- Perform tasks in a safe, compliant manner, adhering to corporate policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with management and pharmacy teams to optimize workflow and meet organizational goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned within the Pharmacy Technician role.
