Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide accurate, detailed roofing estimates and proposals
- Guide clients through the sales process and close deals effectively
- Track sales activity, manage customer data, and follow up consistently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales with strong closing abilities
- Experience mentoring or training other sales professionals
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with estimating software (preferred but not required)
- Roofing or construction industry experience is a strong plus
