Reporting directly to the Department Head, this position ensures smooth front-desk operations, supports calendar and meeting management, and handles a variety of administrative tasks. The role offers flexible working hours and remote work options, with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties and greet visitors professionally
  • Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments
  • Prepare documents and maintain accurate records
  • Perform data entry and handle telephone communications
  • Support meetings with logistics and materials preparation
  • Oversee office supply inventory and order as needed
  • Maintain filing systems and manage correspondence
  • Coordinate visitor access and support departmental administrative needs

Preferred Qualifications
