Role Overview
The Digital Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various online channels like websites, social media, and search engines, ensuring client goals are met by monitoring campaign performance, optimizing strategies, and maintaining open communication to deliver successful l digital experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and acting as their primary point of contact.
- Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Campaign Execution: Implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for maximum results.
- Performance Analysis: Monitoring campaign data, analyzing key metrics like website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Reporting and Communication: Regularly presenting detailed reports to clients, communicating campaign progress, and addressing any concerns proactively.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with creative teams, developers, and analysts to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery of high-quality digital assets.
- Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and expectations
- Proven project management abilities to execute campaigns on time and within budget
- Data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and make data driven decisions
- Experience in client-facing roles with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
