Shift Schedule
Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00AM-2:30PM
Compensation:
$23 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:
Patient Communication and Follow-Up
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, and email. Educate patients
- Educate patients our services
- Follow up on new patient inquiries, intake form completion, scheduling needs, and provider requests
- Document all communication accurately in Charm, our EHR system
Scheduling and Intake Support
- Schedule visits based on provider availability and clinic guidelines
- Monitor intake form completion and send reminders as needed
- Flag intake or scheduling concerns to the Office Coordinator when outside the scope
Administrative and Operational Support
- Complete daily tasks in Charm and tend to requests on Slack
- Prepare patient test kits for in-clinic pickup
- Support credit card collection and basic payment-related tasks
- Assist with light cleaning and maintaining the clinic organization
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the administrative team to maintain clear communication
- Follow established protocols for patient follow-up and scheduling
- Escalate urgent or unclear issues to the Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Able to follow established workflows and protocols
- Experience with EHR systems preferred. Charm experience is a plus
- Positive, patient-focused attitude with a professional demeanor
