Responsibilities

Manage a dedicated book of personal lines insurance clients, fostering strong relationships.

Handle client inquiries, policy changes, and renewal processes efficiently and accurately.

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage levels.

Process applications, endorsements, and claims accurately.

Collaborate with underwriters to secure competitive quotes and terms.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


Requirements

Valid Michigan Property & Casualty License.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.

Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage options.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
